Fluorescent Dyes & Kits

Product Description

The growing demand for fluorescent dyes for life science applications, including antibody and protein labeling, has led Jade Biotech to develop new and improved full wavelength coverage in the (NIR) region for a variety of fluorescent dyes. Jade Biotech’s near-infrared fluorescent dyes greatly reduce Rayleigh and Raman scattering caused by the shift to longer wavelength excitation, and effectively reduce the emission/auto fluorescent of sample impurities from this region, so the background fluorescence is greatly reduced, making the (labeled) detection and observation with its label extremely sensitive.


Jade Biotech‘s series of high-performance fluorescent dyes: 

  • Activated N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) esters are chemically stable under protein labeling conditions (basic pH, which prevents dye breakdown or hydrolysis leading to inefficient labeling)
  • Light resistant 
  • Easily soluble in aqueous lab doing media as activated NHS esters, reducing precipitation that can lead to inefficient protein labeling
  • Flexible for typical protein labeling protocols
