About Us

Who are we?

 Jade Biotechnology is a US based biotechnology company specialized in making ultra-pure amidites and nucleotides. These include natural and modified as well as various labeled nucleoside amidites and nucleotides. We understand your needs for the highest purity products for highly demanding applications such as siRNA and mRNA manufacturing. 

Since our founding in March 2014, we have focused on producing high quality amidites, modified nucleosides and nucleotides, with ability to produce these high value-added products on industrial scale.

 A phosphoramidite PNR₂ is a monoamide of a phosphite diester. The key feature of phosphoramidites is their markedly high reactivity towards nucleophiles catalyzed by weak acids etc., triethylammonium chloride or 1H-tetrazole. In these reactions, the incoming nucleophile replaces the NR₂ moiety.
